By using the eakster website and purchasing products such as Wallet Pro, Cardholder Pro, Tracker Card, Key Case, and TravelPack kits, you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or limit quantity in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. Prices shown at checkout include the current sale price when a compare-at price is displayed.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, or copy product photography and Replica branding for resale sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, eakster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, except where a product warranty or consumer law requires otherwise.
