100-day hassle-free returns

You have 100 days from delivery to return unused or lightly used eakster products for a refund to the original payment method, or to exchange for another size or color when stock allows.

How to start a return

1. Email support@eakster.com or call +1 (619) 844-0137 with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid return label for contiguous US orders.
3. Pack the product in the original packaging when possible, including RFID cards, trackers, and pumps that shipped with a bundle.
4. Refunds are issued after inspection, usually within 5–10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

What we cannot take back

• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale
• Products returned after 100 days without a warranty claim

International return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective. Questions: support@eakster.com.
